Greg Feder, MBA
Managing Partner

As a Managing Partner at Northbound, Greg holds a variety of management responsibilities within the firm. Prior to launching Northbound, Greg spent the majority of his career in leadership positions at Fortune 100 companies, including nine years at American Express. As Vice President, along with his team of eighteen people, Greg was responsible for marketing programs targeting the high net worth market as well as customer relationship programs for new American Express card members. He led the successful transformation of the direct mail channel and launched multiple new products into the marketplace. Greg received many leadership, quality and innovation awards at American Express, including the highly prestigious Champions Award. Prior to American Express, from 1997-2000, Greg was with Philips Electronics North America, where he held consumer promotions and product management responsibilities while successfully rotating within the organization’s executive management program. Greg began his career with Avnet, Inc, a leading business-to-business company which has been consistently recognized as one of Fortune’s Most Admired Companies. In addition to his experience at larger organizations, Greg also gained significant entrepreneurial experience while co-leading a fifteen person communications firm where he held business development, client relations, human resources and operations responsibilities. Greg earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Management from The State University of New York at Albany and also earned an MBA from Rutgers Graduate School of Management where he graduated with high honors. Outside the office, Greg enjoys playing sports, listening to music, coaching his children’s teams and spending time outdoors.
