The ideal individual will have a positive attitude, be quick on their feet, and operate with a high degree of drive.


Job Description:

  • Provides administrative support in a fast-paced team environment
  • Manages complex calendars and schedules for management
  • Handles large call volume and interact with executive business leaders in a professional manner
  • Responds and follows up on client requests
  • Coordinates all domestic travel and processes expense reports in a timely manner
  • Organizes meetings and gathers meeting materials
  • Assists with onboarding new hires, transfers, and terminations
  • Helps with ad-hoc projects and presentations for team
  • Manages monthly invoices and payments
  • Orders supplies and keeps inventory stocked


Job Qualifications:

  • 5 years of administrative experience
  • Well-spoken and polished both verbal and written
  • Team-player with a high level of ownership
  • Organized and strong attention to detail
  • Strong core competencies with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
