Financial Reporting Analyst – Consolidations (Private Equity)

Our client, a Private Equity firm, is looking for a hardworking and eager accounting professional to join their Finance team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidation/maintenance of budgets in financial software and excel
  • Preparation/initial analysis of financial statements and management reports in financial software and excel
  • Preparation/initial analysis of related balance sheet account/audit schedules
  • Responsible for monthly general ledger close and variance analysis for corporate entities
  • Compile and review monthly inter-company reconciliations for consolidated financial statements
  • Support preparation of monthly consolidated financial statements and management reporting
  • Bank and account reconciliations, accrual journal entries, balance sheet, income statements and cash flow variance analysis
  • Ensure books and financials are in accordance with GAAP or other required accounting standards

 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA preferred
