Our client, a prestigious alternative investment firm in Westchester, NY, is looking to add an Investor Relations Reporting Analyst to assist their rapidly growing team! This candidate will be responsible for assisting all onboarding, liaising with clients, and maintaining performance reports. This is a rare opportunity to work with senior-level management of a top aleternative investment firm and grow within the team.


Responsibilities of the Investor Relations Reporting Analyst:

  • Manage investor request process including maintenance of internal tracker, coordination of responses with internal team and third-party administrator, gathering support for internal review and approval, and providing responses to investors
  • Participate in Fund and Investor on-boarding
  • Assist in uploading investment activity into performance management system
  • Liaise with bank counterparties to open / close accounts, compile and provide KYC entity documentation and necessary approvals
  • Quarterly Portfolio reports, annual meeting deliverables and individual investor requests and will initially encompass materials for the Firm’s private equity products, though will evolve to include credit product output as well.
  • Coordinate permission of and access to new bank accounts with third-party administrator and internal team
  • Support quarterly reporting process, including initial review of investment team deliverables and incorporating feedback from the broader team
  • Update and maintain weekly performance reports including public prices,foreign exchange rates, forward hedge mark-to-market values, investment activity and cash balances
  • Assist with aggregation of portfolio company metrics for quarterly investor reporting


Requirements of the Investor Relations Reporting Analyst:

  • Individual should be self-motivated and demonstrate ability to work independently and in team environment
  • Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, and Intralinks
  • Strong organizational / multi-tasking skills with the ability to plan/prioritize to ensure efficient and timely deliverables; adapt quickly to a changing environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with team and investors
