SEC Reporting Manager (NYC Hedge Fund)- Ziprecruiter

Our client, a well-established Hedge Fund in New York, NY is looking for an SEC Reporting Manager to join their team! We are seeking individuals that can work in midtown Manhattan NYC on a remote-hybrid schedule. Our clients are targeting 2-3 days working on site in office and the rest working remotely from home. Responsibilities for SEC Reporting

• Perform 10Qs/10Ks
• Monitor Workflow
• Responsible for processing DM submissions
• Preparations of 10Qs & 10Ks in Active Disclosure/Workiva
• Collaborate with Accounting and IT teams
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors
• Preparations for SEC quarterly filings
• Knowledge of US GAAP

Qualifications for SEC Reporting

• 3-5 years of private/public accounting experience
• CPA (preferred, not required)
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Overtime eligible for quarter and year-end reporting and as needed

Technical Skills for SEC Reporting

• Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• SAP
• Active Disclosure/Workiva
