Perform calculations for capital calls and distributions, waterfalls per limited partnership agreements, IRR, management fees, and performance metrics for various asset classes
Perform budgeting and forecasting for fund expense, and review revenue projection models
Review valuations prepared by the deal team and prepare materials for the valuation sub-committee
Work directly with various areas of the Company including but not limited to Investor Relations and Client Services, Legal, Trade Operations, and Portfolio Management
Participate as a member in the formation process for new fund launches and review all investor reporting and correspondence as required
Coordinate responses for investor communications, inquiries, and requests are timely and accurately addressed
Coordinate with fund administrators to assist in the preparation of financial statements, prepare monthly estimates, recalculate NAV, perform portfolio valuation and assist with the audit process
Review and approve of month end accounting records from the administrator, including economic allocations, expense accruals, and capital activity
