Tech Transactions Associate

Our client, a major player in the tech and life sciences space, is looking for a well-rounded, mid-level to senior tech-trans associate to join its team. The group offers a variety of work from stand-alone IP to deal support and litigation support. Clients include domestic and international digital media, consumer technology clients, and life sciences companies.

Responsibilities:

• Advising on stand-alone IP matters as well as deals and litigation matters.
• Providing support on corporate transactions including M&A and IPO transactions.
• Providing support on litigation matters.

Requirements:

• Experience in commercial, technology, IP licensing and digital media/consumer technology transactions, privacy matters, and content licensing and distribution.
• NY bar membership.
• 4+ years of experience at a top tier law firm.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
