Job Title: Executive Assistant – Capital Markets/Investor Relations Team

Location: New York, New York -Midtown

We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team and provide critical support to our Capital Markets/IR Team.

Qualifications/Details: 

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Asset Management experience (MUST)
  • CRM Experience (Backstop) – (PREFERRED)
  • Prior experience dealing with Investor Requests (PREFERRED)
  • 5x in office – Midtown
  • Hours: 9AM-6PM

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Capital Markets/IR Team, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence.

  • Information Management: Organize and maintain sensitive information, including financial data, investor communications, and market research, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy at all times.

  • Meeting Preparation: Assist in the preparation of materials for investor meetings, including presentations, reports, and briefing documents.

  • Communication Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact between the Capital Markets/IR Team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and timely responses.

  • Project Coordination: Support the team in various projects related to capital raising, investor relations initiatives, and financial analysis.

  • Event Management: Assist in organizing investor events, roadshows, and conferences, coordinating logistics and ensuring all arrangements are in place for successful events.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a Capital Markets/Investor Relations team.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.

  • In-Office Experience: Must have at least 5 years of in-office work experience, demonstrating reliability and adaptability in a professional environment.

  • Financial Acumen: Prior experience or strong understanding of Capital Markets and Investor Relations is highly preferred.

  • Organization Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

  • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, fostering a positive and supportive team culture.

  • Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
