Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership (Venture Capital)
We have an opportunity for an experience Executive Assistant to support a team of senior executives within a growing investment firm in NYC. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
$120,000- 140,000 base + discretionary bonus + OT eligible (!)
Full time in a luxury office space in Midtown East, Manhattan

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the executives, managing their calendars, emails, and phone calls with efficiency and discretion.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including arranging conference rooms, video conferences, and catering as needed.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings and ensure that all relevant parties are well-informed and prepared.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.
- Manage expense reporting and reimbursement processes for the executives.
- Maintain confidential files and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting C-level executives or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in the venture capital or financial services industry preferred, but not required.
