Tax Manager (Family Office)
Job Description:
A prestigious Family Office is creating a new Manager position in a hybrid role that will handle the tax compliance and accounting of the family’s activity. The firm offers competitive salary, great working environment and work/life balance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review individual, corporate, partnership, foundation and other tax returns pertaining to the family members
- Quarterly financial statement preparation/review for the investment activity
- Creating cash flows statements and budgets
- Review monthly closing journal entries and schedules for the Firm and its subsidiaries
- Review vendor invoices for payment and ensure proper coding and allocations.
Job Requirements:
- Must have experience preparing/reviewing individual tax returns (1040), preferably high net worth.
- Experience with partnership, corporate, foundation tax preferred
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- 6-10 years of experience
Compensation:
- $120,000 – $145,000
